A Rainbow of Friends
"A Rainbow of Friends" by P.K.Hallinan is a great book that I used to read for my preschoolers.This book teaches the timeless lesson of acceptance of others. It also explains that each person is unique. It is a pretty cute book for a young age group about having a wide range of friends with different talents and abilities.
I absolutely love children's literature so I'm glad we are sharing our favorite books. I have not heard of this one and I don't have it. I guess you could call me a little bit of a collector. I will have to check this one out and see if I can't get it from Amazon. I need to add to my Theme on friends in my classroom and it looks like this will be a good one.
